Job Description
Klink HD is a division of Klink Equipment in Kaukauna, WI. We are a heavy/light duty truck repair facility. We are currently in search of a service manager for our heavy duty side of the shop. This position will include, but is not limited to: working with 3rd party billing companies, scheduling jobs, invoicing customers, customer calls/emails, customer check-ins and pick- ups and follow -ups, estimates,etc. Prior experience in all of these areas is a huge bonus and preferred.
This person must have excellent customer service and communication skills as you will be talking to customers, vendors and techs throughout the day. You must have great computer skills as you will be working with some customers 3rd party billing companies and working in our Mitchell service system. Prior experience in both is a huge bonus, but not required if you are a quick learner. Previous service tech experience or over all mechanical knowledge is also required. You must be energetic, a self starter, quick learner, hard worker motivated, honest, reliable, friendly and can not only work well with others, but also independently with minimal to no supervision. This is a fast paced environment that is not for everyone, but if you are looking for a fun, family oriented company that appreciates their employees then this might be the job for you! Prior automotive/ heavy duty service manager experience is required. Pay range given is just a range and could be more as it is based on experience and vacation is given the day you start. Shop hours are Monday- Thurday 7:00-4:30 and Friday 7:00-3:30. NO nights or weekends!
