Position Overview:
As the Service Advisor/Manager, you’ll be the face of the business and the critical link between customers and our technicians. You will oversee daily front-of-house operations, manage workflow through the shop, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while driving sales and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and clearly communicate repair recommendations and estimates
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance with technicians
• Prepare repair orders and manage parts ordering, returns, and warranty claims
• Ensure timely and accurate updates to customers regarding their vehicle status
• Manage shop workflow, technician dispatching, and quality control
• Handle sales, service pricing, invoicing, and payment processing
• Maintain inventory of parts, shop supplies, and office materials
• Support and develop service advisors or front office staff as needed
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs, contribute to business growth, and uphold company standards
