R&D Assistant, Cosmetics

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Formulation & Development: Support the creation of new cosmetic products and improvements to existing ones. You will contribute to product formulation, help establish manufacturing procedures, and ensure the commercial feasibility of each product.

• Testing & Analysis: Perform stability testing on new formulations and prepare study protocols for in-house reviews.

• Documentation: Establish product standards and prepare detailed batch cards for lab management review. Your meticulous record-keeping will be crucial to our success.

• Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends and consumer preferences to help innovate and enhance our product line.

Qualifications

• Education: A degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Health Science, or a related field is required.

• Experience: Prior lab experience is essential. This can include an internship or educational experience.

• Skills: You must have great organizational, time management, and project planning abilities.

• Industry Knowledge: Technical experience within the cosmetic industry is highly preferred.
