Associate Graphic Designer

Location Our company is based in Columbus, OH, but this position allows for flexible remote work. Our ideal candidate is based in Columbus, Austin, Dallas, or Denver.

The Role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a strong eye for design and a passion for producing high-quality visual assets. You will be instrumental in executing print and digital designs, resizing assets, and ensuring brand consistency.

What We’re Looking For

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with experience in both print and digital media. Familiarity with project management software like Asana preferred. Photo editing, illustration, or branding experience is a bonus. 
• Creative Vision: Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to produce high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
• Communication Skills: Effective collaborator who can take feedback and implement changes efficiently.
• Experience: 2-5 years experience in an agency or similar environment

What You’ll Do

• Design Execution: Create visually appealing designs for a variety of clients across multiple mediums. Resize and format assets for creative campaigns and design projects for various platforms and specifications while adhering to brand guidelines. 
• Collaboration: Work closely and collaborate with internal teams, including designers, creative director, art director, copywriter, and account managers to meet project goals.
• Quality Control: Ensure all designs maintain consistency and attention to detail.
• Time Management: Independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
