We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store management team in executing all functions related to running a retail profit center. You will manage department managers and staff to meet REIs business and service goals. We value energetic, visible leaders who foster teamwork and recognize team members contributions. Responsibilities and Qualifications How you will be successful: Communicate effectively with store team, partners, vendors, and customers. Manage and delegate priorities to Department Managers and Shop Service Managers. Create a positive employee experience focused on engagement and retention. Manage expenses and operational excellence. Implement business strategies to increase sales and improve service. Utilize tools and financial reports to enhance store performance. Promote a customer-centric culture by recognizing and rewarding the team. Develop top performers through coaching and performance evaluations. Qualifications: 3-5 years of successful retail management experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Openness to feedback and diverse viewpoints. Problem-solving skills utilizing business understanding and innovative thinking. Ability to make solid recommendations based on comprehensive information. Effective goal-setting and prioritization skills. Resource organization and deadline management. Ability to influence and motivate others to achieve organizational goals. Pay Transparency We promote pay equity and transparency. Compensation ranges depend on skills, experience, location, and other factors. The pay range for this role is $37.56 - $46.98 per hour.
