Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative support for the whole portfolio
  2. A/R and A/P processing
  3. Collections
  4. Move in/out coordinatio
  5. Assist Tenants with Commercial Café
  6. Work Orders (Assist tenants and follow up)
  7. Vendor Insurance
  8. Tenant insurance
  9. Vendor Set Up
  10. Tenant Set Up
  11. Administrative support for the whole portfolio
  12. Set up files and information in BOX
  13. Track property inspections and address internal work orders
  14. Occasional property inspections
  15. Filling in for a PM on occasional meetings when PM is unavailable
  16. Tenant appreciation events
  17. Vendor Contracts
  18. Supply Inventory for both Management Offices
  19. Creating Commencement Letters for PM review
  20. Invoice Dispute Resolution
  21. Set up vendor appointments for work orders as per PM

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or other related fields of study is preferred.

Possess at least one (1) year of multi-tenanted property management.

Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Yardi Breeze

Strong ability to listen to clients’ needs and implement them to their satisfaction.

Time management skills, ability to multitask.

Team player who is resourceful enough to work independently.
