Need Mechanical Assembler on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift in Roseville, MN
Job Description
Mechanical assemblers are responsible for building Valents HVAC units (Valent makes the catalog HVAC systems) and Innovents HVAC systems (innovent makes the custom HVAC systems) Candidates will work off of shop floor paperwork to build the units. Responsibilities include, basic hand tool use, riveting sheet metal together, lifting components in place in the units with a team of other assemblers
Fabrication-Primary function of a punch press operator is to in priority order process sheets of raw material through the machines to produce high quality flat blank components and prepare loads of components for downstream operations.
.Primary function of a foam machine operator is to efficiently inject foam resins (isocyanate) in panels and doors and prepare for use in downstream operations at an acceptable level of quality. Ability to operate the Punch Press and Foam Press Machine.
Candidate will be on their knees, bending over, crouching, and in weird positions assembling the HVAC units.
3rd Shift x9 (Assemblers): 10PM-6AM (Sun-Thurs)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-Must be able to read a tape measure
-Must have at least 6-12 months of experience working in a mechanical position requiring the use of hand tools
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
-Must be willing to submit to a DT/BG
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.01 - $23.51/hr.
