We are seeking an Area Director - Restaurant Operations - Lunch/Catering/Sandwich - No Late Nights to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Exciting, fast-casual style operations with an established, national brand that has operations in the local area. Local market, local travel, no overnight travel. Span of 5 locations with busy lunch and catering, in-house delivery. Comprehensive medical benefits and top tier compensation/bonus plan. Salary $85K - $95K base with bonus potential. We prefer candidates with fast casual style Area Director experience from reputable brands, either corporate or franchise. If you have experience with concepts like McAlister's, Sweetgreen, Five Guys, Qdoba, or Jason's Deli, you will align well with our concept. We will also consider multi-unit managers from full-service/bar operations, especially if you are looking to exit the late night/bar business. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities. Oversee guest services and resolve issues. Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation. Train and manage kitchen personnel. Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Qualifications: Previous experience in food service or other related fields. Strong leadership qualities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and communication skills.
