What You’ll Do:
• Learn hands-on tree care techniques, from pruning and planting to tree risk assessments
• Work with certified arborists and tree climbing experts
• Train in the use of ropes, harnesses, chainsaws, and other professional climbing gear
• Get educated on tree biology, disease identification, and urban forest management
• Grow your skills while you literally grow with the trees
What We’re Looking For:
• A passion for the outdoors and a respect for nature
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from the ground up
• Physical fitness and a love for climbing (or the courage to learn)
• No experience necessary—just a drive to become an expert in tree care
