Responsibilities:

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Create working software and automated tests each sprint.
• Design, implement, and test high-quality mobile software efficiently.
• Improve teams design, coding, and testing skills through peer reviews.
• Problem solving and debugging individually and as part of a team.
• Develop tools with clear documentation for easy use by others.
• Enhance code quality through static analysis and automated tests.
• Contribute to continuous team improvement.
• Present and demo completed work clearly and concisely.
• Foster an environment of technical excellence to grow the team.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 8+ years of industry experience.
• Focus on quality and excellence.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.
• Solid software engineering skills: algorithms, design, data structures, client-server model.
• Good problem-solving skills, especially in mobile environments.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative.
• Fast learner, self-starter, intellectually capable.
• Passion for making the world more secure.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of Android application development and testing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience leading a team.
• Published Android app.
• Experience with automated testing (unit, acceptance, UI).
• Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum.
• Specialist in mobile technologies and scalable UI frameworks.
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins.
