Job Description

Your Mission: Drive innovation in aerospace manufacturing and perfection of engineered parts with CNC precision.

Can You:

Convert complex blueprints into precise parts with tolerances of .0005”-.005”?
Configure machines with advanced tooling options such as boring jaws and chucks?
Deliver intricate components using materials like Hastelloy and the latest technologies?
Set feeds, speeds, and cuts in line with specified machining parameters?
Apply exact measurements using CMMs and micrometers for quality assurance?
Team up with CNC programmers to innovate and enhance production systems?

Lathe Machines You Will Master:
Okuma, Haas Technologies (LB3000, LB2000, LU300, LU400, V100R)

Areas of Expertise Needed:

CNC Tooling
CNC Programming

Your Technological Arsenal Includes:

CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
CNC Lathe (5+ axis)
