Job Details
Responsibilities:
Review, verify, and process invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Match invoices with purchase orders and ensure proper authorization.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports.
Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve any issues.
Maintain vendor files and update vendor information as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare-focused environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, bill.com) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
