About This Role:

The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding Teesnap's market presence by building relationships, presenting to closing deals with new customers. You will develop a comprehensive sales territory plan and strategically target potential clients. Your primary goals will be to generate leads, develop an account portfolio, close deals, and meet quotas in the assigned geographic territory. The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales and be adept at using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities. You will become an expert in Teesnap’s software features and golf course business needs while consulting with prospects on how Teesnap’s solutions can best fit their business needs.

 

Daily Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed new bookings and monthly/annual quota goals.
  • Territory Planning: Develop and execute a sales territory plan to maximize coverage and target key prospects. 
  • Prospect Development: Conduct high-volume, outbound prospecting to build a robust pipeline. 
  • Product Education: Educate prospects about the value proposition for Teesnap’s software features and user interface through product demonstrations.
  • CRM and Data Management:n Log and manage all sales activities, pipeline, and customer data in a CRM. 
  • Collaboration: Work with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Networking: Attend industry-specific trade shows and events to develop new relationships, promote Teesnap, and stay informed of emerging trends.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve product knowledge to effectively communicate Teesnap’s value proposition. 
 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree: Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Competitive Nature: Driven, competitive and motivated to exceed goals and targets. 
  • Quota Achievement: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in prior roles (minimum of 5+ years of experience).
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS products and ability to learn and sell specific software. 
  • Cold Calling Experience: Strong ability to execute cold calling and prospecting techniques.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with golf course customers.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Adept at identifying customer needs and challenges and proposing solutions. 
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other sales team members and cross-functional teams. 
  • Employee Location: Preferably Las Vegas, NV but open to other locations in the United States.
  • Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (e.g., client meetings, conferences, or site visits).
