Ready-Mix Driver

What You'll Be Doing

1. Deliver ready-mix concrete safely and efficiently to customer job sites
2. Operate and maintain delivery truck in alignment with safety and quality standards
3. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
4. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain required documentation
5. Follow all company, local, state, and federal regulations

What Are We Looking For

• Valid CDL and safe driving record
• Ability to operate heavy vehicles and equipment with care and precision
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
• Capability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
• Reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
