Advanced Composting Technologies has over a decade of experience composting manure using its proprietary forced air composting system.

Our first client was a 600-head dairy farm in the North Carolina Mountains that used the proprietary forced air composter to convert all of its manure to valuable compost. In 30 days the Advanced Composting system can provide a stable medium free of pathogens and weed seeds. The compost can then be further cured for another 30 to 60 days at which point you will have compost of the highest quality that can be used as a horticultural soil amendment based on consumer requirements.

The finished product is either sold as compost or mixed with soils and other materials to make topsoil and potting medium.
